I have been taking some management courses in the hopes of moving into management. I was thinking of getting my MBA. I am really interested in the idea of Schein Organizational Culture. I think it would be a good idea to learn more about this in the hopes that it might give me a better understanding of how a company works and what is necessary in order to make changes and have them be effective. Can anyone tell me where I can go in order to learn more about this theory? I would like to try to figure out what the organizational culture is for the company I work for.
