Virus that plays random music

Hi, Now I get a few cords of music, or drum rolls, always the same lasting about 3 seconds through my speakers. Today I got it about 5 times within a few minutes, but usually this occurs hours between times. My Anti Spyware, or Anti-Virus has not found anything. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Thanks!
